If your order didn’t turn out the way you expected, no worries — you can return it within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit, no questions asked.

 

Return Conditions

• The perfume must be unused and in its original packaging.
  
  

• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date your order was delivered.
  
  

• For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on used perfumes.
  
  

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged.
  
  

 

Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you received the wrong product, or your perfume arrived damaged or leaked, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund — and of course, we’ll cover all costs.
